  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside upon my Cure, i:e: in Exeter, but have no Lecturer, nor Parsonage or Vicarage House.

  2. Other benefices: Besides St Petrock's, I have the Parish of St Kerrian, in Exeter.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No where, but at my own Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on ye Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered monthly. The Communicants about seventy on the great Festivals.

  6. Catechising of children: In Lent.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair, & I have all things decent for Divine Service. No Churchyard.

  8. Glebe terrier: No Glebe Lands, or Houses.

  9. Number of families: Fifty five.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists, or meeting Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School, Alms=house, Hospital, or parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are Lands for public uses, which, as far as I know, are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priest's Orders bear Date September 23d 1744.
    My Institution bears Date April 17th, 1756.
